Account Executive – Southeast Nebraska / Iowa Territory
Flood Communications is hiring an Account Executive to work with businesses in our coverage area, which includes Nebraska and Iowa. This position is focused on managing accounts, developing new business, and helping local companies use advertising effectively.
This role is a good fit for someone who prefers clear expectations, steady progress, and meaningful work. Success comes from consistency, preparation, and follow-through.
What the role involves
· Working with a defined local territory
· Meeting with business owners and managers to understand their advertising needs
· Developing advertising plans using radio, TV, and digital platforms
· Managing active accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
· Monitoring campaigns and making adjustments as needed
· Maintaining organized records and schedules
Much of the work happens during regular business hours, with time split between client meetings and planning or follow-up work.

Requirements
· Valid driver’s license
· Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
· Ability to maintain a flexible daytime schedule
· Authorization to work in the United States

· Base pay plus commission
