As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue across all our Hispanic media platforms.

Position Overview: The Director of Sales will oversee and lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets through the sale of advertising solutions across our radio, TV, digital, and Hispanic media properties. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, maintaining key client relationships, and growing our market share across these platforms.

The Director of Sales will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our sales strategy while providing leadership and mentorship to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Hispanic Market Focus: Understand and leverage the unique opportunities within the Hispanic media market, ensuring tailored sales strategies that resonate with this growing demographic.

· Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple media platforms (radio, TV, digital, and Hispanic media) to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth across all media platforms, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

· Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (marketing, creative services, operations) to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and alignment of sales goals with company objectives.

· Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to succeed.

· Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance and providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and successful closing of deals.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales leadership experience, in multimedia sales (radio, TV, digital media). Experience in selling Hispanic media is a plus.

· Proven Success: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and building high-performance sales teams.

· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

· Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the multimedia landscape, including radio, television, digital advertising, and the growing influence of Hispanic media.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to clients clearly and effectively.

· Relationship Builder: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
