Adam Dobbins
Vice President and Director of Sales, Omaha
In his role as VP/ Director of Sales, Adam strives to lead all revenue-generating initiatives across Telemundo Nebraska, Radio Lobo, and Fiesta 94.5, driving strategic growth in both traditional and digital advertising sales. Adam’s role oversees the Hispanic Media Division and market development to maximize brand presence in the Nebraska market.
BACKGROUND
Adam began his career in media as an Account Executive with the Rural Radio Network in West Point, Nebraska. Years later, Adam relocated to Omaha where he worked for NRG Media as an account executive before being recruited to join the team at Walnut Media as their Local Sales Manager. During his time at Walnut Media, Adam was promoted to General Sales Manager and then was later named Director of Sales.
In early 2025, Adam served as the Vice President and Market Manager for Cumulus Media in Des Moines. In June of 2025 Adam returned to Omaha to join the team at Flood Communications as the Vice President and Director of Sales for Radio Lobo, Fiesta 94.5 and Telemundo Nebraska.
Adam was honored as a finalist for the prestigious Radio Wayne Awards for Sales Manager/DOS of the Year in both 2024 and 2025.
EDUCATION
B.S. in Public Relations from Union Adventist University in 2006
Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Wayne State College in 2015.
FAMILY & FUN
Adam is married to his beautiful wife Janie and they have three children, Boden, Kamden and Brody. Janie is an Occupational Therapist for Methodist Fremont Health. Adam’s two oldest children Boden and Kamden attend Wayne High School and his youngest son Brody attends Mount Michael Benedictine in Elkhorn.
During his limited free time, Adam enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family and watching his two favorite teams, the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago White Sox. He also enjoys going to the gym with his wife Janie.
