Position Overview:  The Director of Sales will oversee and lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets through the sale of advertising solutions across our radio, TV, and digital media properties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

  • Revenue Growth:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth across all media platforms, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.
  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate with other departments (marketing, creative services, operations) to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and alignment of sales goals with company objectives.
  • Sales Training and Development:

  • Reporting and Forecasting:

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5-7 years of sales leadership experience, in multimedia sales (radio, TV, digital media).

We are seeking a Full-Time On-Air Talent to join our dynamic radio team at US92. Key Responsibilities:
